Who is the Apply Me service for?Our services are suitable for people who travel to Switzerland for professional or family reasons, for a period of more than one year. They are also suitable for people who live in Switzerland but who do not have time to search for housing.

I don't have a residence permit. Can I use the service?Yes, you can use our services as long as you have written proof demonstrating the request for a residence permit or Carte de Légitimation.

I do not have a Swiss salary certificate. Can I use the service?Yes, you can use our services as long as you have a dated and signed employment contract from a Swiss employer.

I am a student or intern. Can I use the service?Our services are intended for those who come to work in Switzerland as expatriates for a period of one year or more. However, we remain happy to remain at your disposal for any questions related to relocation.

How long does it take to find accommodation?In large cities such as Geneva, Lausanne or Zurich, you can generally find the flat that suits you within one (1) month.

Am I guaranteed to find accommodation?No, we offer services to help you find your new home. However, new flat can generally be found within 1 month.

What happens if I don't find accommodation within 5 weeks, including the free period?If you cannot find any flat during the initial 5 week subscription period, we will offer you an additional 4 weeks of service for free.

Is the price of the service correct?Our services are reasonably priced, so you only pay for the services you receive. The success fee is only invoiced at the signature of the lease contract.

What is a success bonus? Are they included in the subscription price?The success fee is a separate amount from the subscription for searching for new flat through our service. It is payable upon signing the lease contract.

Can you visit the accommodations for me?Yes. The service is available through "All-in-One Premium".

When does my subscription end when I am allocated a flat?Your subscription ends on the day you sign the lease contract.

How can I pay for the service?Subscriptions are paid by credit card and the success fee by bank transfer or credit card. SwissPlatz Sàrl does not, under any circumstances, request cash or a bank transfer to a personal account.

Can I use some of the All-in-One service (e.g. search)?No. This is unfortunately not possible. However, we remain at your disposal for specific information.
