Our services are intended for those who come to work in Switzerland as expatriates for a period of one year or more. However, we remain happy to remain at your disposal for any questions related to relocation.

In large cities such as Geneva, Lausanne or Zurich, you can generally find the flat that suits you within one (1) month.

No, we offer services to help you find your new home. However, new flat can generally be found within 1 month.

If you cannot find any flat during the initial 5 week subscription period, we will offer you an additional 4 weeks of service for free.

Our services are reasonably priced, so you only pay for the services you receive. The success fee is only invoiced at the signature of the lease contract.

The success fee is a separate amount from the subscription for searching for new flat through our service. It is payable upon signing the lease contract.

Your subscription ends on the day you sign the lease contract.

Subscriptions are paid by credit card and the success fee by bank transfer or credit card. SwissPlatz Sàrl does not, under any circumstances, request cash or a bank transfer to a personal account.
