A little personal story...
Some time ago, I found myself in an uncertain situation:
The lease contract was going to end in 10 days.
I was unemployed.
My apartment search had been unsuccessful for 3 months.
I had my wife and 8 month old son at home.
I was about to submit the 20th application.
With such a situation, the whole family was at risk of being homeless.
In the end, I was able to "get" an apartment a week before the end of the lease.
The goal of the blog of SwissPlatz
SwissPlatz will provide, at first, all the information related to apartments for rent in Geneva regarding its search and administrative process.
Indeed, during the search of the apartments, I could notice that certain information is not necessarily known whereas they are not hidden.
The information is intended for all people who are looking for an apartment or who wish to leave their current home.
