First contact
Serena contacted us via the application form on our website. After the discussion, we learned that she would be moving to Geneva as an expatriate for a multinational company.
Her preferences were as follows:

Pâquis or Eaux-Vives neighborhood
Max rent CHF 5'000.00
Suggestion

Paperwork
The visits were made by us as Serena was not available. Among the proposals, she chose the flat in Eaux-Vives. Since then, SwissPlatz has taken care of all the administrative processes such as sending the application files, the communication with the management.
Then, with the signature of the lease contract, we also took care of the establishment of the rent guarantee as well as the affiliation to the liability insurance.
Satisfaction
The 5 weeks we spent together from the moment we made contact to the final inspection were an unforgettable experience. Thus, Serena showed her satisfaction with our services through the following testimony :
