SwissPlatz will take, for you, all the steps for the establishment of the bank deposit, and this, whatever the type of guarantee required by the real estate agency.
 
5. Affiliation to the 3rd party liability
SwissPlatz will contact different insurers in order to obtain the best offer.
SwissPlatz will take all the steps for you. The sending of the insurance certificate to the agency is also included.
 
6. Assistance to the inventory check
